With enough downtime and exercise, and posture/etc, you can fix problems like that. Its not a death sentence. It was honestly overblown for "ratings" anyways. Half the people in the world deal with tendonitis in various forms. There is a reason stuff is called "tennis elbow" etc. You just get it. And considering he probably had access to excellent therapists/doctors/knowledgeable people, he worked through it WAY faster than your average person would have.
Younger generation people don't have issues like that, so when you hear "omg something wrong iwth his wrists!" you assume guy is in a bodycast and can barely do anything and is fubar'd. Where later in life when you are older you are going to be like, well he had tendonitis, lol. Eat some Advil and man up.
