Evil Geniuses is an interesting team. Their solo lanes are as new as new gets, while the rest of the team is vintage Season 2 League of Legends. Most of their popularity stems from their time on CLG.EU, but will that popularity get any of them to the All-Star team?
Top: Innox

Innox is a top laner who's not afraid to take risks. While 4 bruisers have dominated top lane, he has just as many games on Gragas, Yasuo, and Nidalee as he does on Renekton, Shyvana, and Mundo. With the Doran's Shield nerf making room for new top laners like Ryze, Kennen, and Irelia, his experimentation may make for interesting champion choices.
Jungle: Snoopeh

Snoopeh tops the list of attractive LoL players between his Scottish accent and “The Snoopeh Stare”.
The meta shifts have not been kind to him, with support junglers falling slowly out of favor since their peak in Season 2, but his camera-seeking personality, and historically clutch play,) have made him an icon of the game.
Mid: Pobelter

Pobelter has been waiting for his chance to shine. Last season, he was considered one of the strongest mids in North America, but was unable to compete due to his age. This year, he was picked up and dropped by Curse in barely a week, and ended up on team EG last-minute. Since then, he's had a shaky season, but has shown glimmers of the hype surrounding him with his play on Gragas. If anybody has potential in the NA scene, it's him, and getting to compete on the international scene would only accelerate that.
AD Carry: Yellowpete

Yellowpete may not be the consistent or flashiest ADC around, but his Urgot picks earlier in the season certainly threw everybody for a loop. In a role that is largely stagnant when it comes to champion picks, it's good to see a throwback to a different time of League of Legends. Will originality be enough to get him to the All-Star team?
Support: Krepo
If Krepo isn't around for All Stars, who is going to steal away pentakills? It's not a pretty job, but somebody has to do it. Krepo also has a storied history as both a player and an analyst, and is a huge part of League of Legends history as a result of epic clashes both with Gambit Gaming and international powers. His personality as shown through the Season 3 Worlds analyst desk as well as IEM Katowice would create a more interesting dynamic in Paris.
