So will you continue watch Worlds and MSI after all the non korean teams are eliminated?

I personally just want to see if EU or NA can get 4th. That would be the real victory. Last year H2K was the real winner in my book. LCS feels like a horror game. Can EU and NA get lucky and not get placed vs a korean team in their groups? I do not give a damn if EU is better than NA or vise versa i just want one of them to beat the other non korean regions and make it in at least top 5. The real dream is 1 NA and EU team to be 4th and 5th!

I won't even watch the EU games if G2-8 gets to worlds again. If that happens I can't trust our teams to properly represent our region.

I sure as hell hope NA can get out of groups and maybe even win against those "smug asians".

I don't even watch it now. It's boring as fk.

After eu, na and wc teams are eliminated i don't follow it. No point in watching Korea win every year. Like watching a korean vs korean finals who cares no matter who wins its still korea. Group stages are much more fun to watch things like this last year albus nox actually getting out of groups, likkrit was a beast. Here is how worlds works EVERY year: Bring in a super hyped up chineese team (ex. OMG), they have big expectations but end up doing nothing special. One or two upsets from a wildcard team, Tsm gets the death groups and struggles, puts on a good showing but looses anyway. C9 pulls a few good games off, ends up being last hope of Na- but lose in the end. Then the eu super team of the year comes into play and everyone thinks "mabye this year" but they eventually get beat out by the 2nd or first seed Kr team. Then Kr goes on to win the whole thing. Rinse and repeat for last 3 years

I'll stop watching if SKT makes it out f groups undefeated, cause then they'll just sweep through playoffs and make another set of skins. I'd keep watching if they met KT Rolster in Worlds playoffs though, considering how intense SKT vs ROX was.

I enjoy watching League of Legends and the LCS as well as the other regions LCK-LMS etc. Seeing SKT win again while it does bother me it won't affect my decision to keep watching.

" Oh SKT wins again, I'm done watching"

  • NFL The Patriots are constantly in every AFC Championship game and 7 superbowls in 14 or so years.
  • NBA The same 3 guys(Tim Duncan,Kobe Bryant,Lebron James) have been in 17 out of the last 18 NBA Finals, with Lebron making it to 6 straight Finals in a row.
  • NHL The Penguins and Capitals dominate the regular seasons while The Black Hawks and Kings are constantly winning the Stanley Cups while the Penguins and Bruins are also in the mix as well.

So seeing SKT win again and again while it does bother me because I do want NA to win a Championship, I don't care because it's in every sport that it's the same team/s that are contention to winning the Championship every year.

As far as NA winning a Worlds with no Koreans it wouldn't be the same nor would I care if that's the case, I want competitive League of Legends not feel sorry for certain regions so here's a free World Championship.

If NA actually wants to win a Championship stop the "memes" about clapping Faker, or how your the "best ADC....in NA" and just shut up and IMPROVE!

I'll watch whoever as long as the current game is fun to watch. As much as I want to see an NA team get somewhere, I'm not going to hate on the korean teams for the other regions not stepping up their game.

I still watch it. While I obviously would like to see an NA or EU or Wildcard team win MSI and Worlds, as long as there are some exciting games along with the occasional weird picks then I'll still watch it.

The better question is will MSI even be worth watching this year. Barring SKT and C9, there aren't really any "good" teams attending it, making it ridiculously predictable. Unless the other teams going to it improve massively, that should make for a relatively boring event.

I'll most likely watch. Especially if there are fun champs in the meta. More Faker on Kat would be nice.

Why would you only watch the game to see the worse teams compete, it would be like not wanted to watch Mr. Jordon becuase he is "too good".

Just Jangle1/26/2017, 5:59:33 AM1 votes

Yes i do, i even find Worlds boring to some extent because it involves a lot of white noobs teams triying to tickle the Korean superior players. Thats why i love the LCK and don't waste my time with NA LCS, i just like to watch the TOP NOTCH gameplay and the 3rd tier one.

EU was the second best region in 2015 and also got into the top4.

regardless, yes i will watch it as i watch it to see the best face the best, regardless of who it is just like the football (soccer) world cup.

Personally I enjoy watching World's. It is cool to see the game being played at the highest tier of skill. It just sucks that most of the best players all belong to a single region. It isn't their fault all of the other regions aren't good enough to beat them though.
