There is a 10K LolKing Score cap, meaning that your teams total LolKing scores must add up yo under 10k. To do this you go to http://www.lolking.net/ and get the scores for EACH INDIVIDUAL PLAYER. Add up the scores, and if they are under 10k, your team is able to play.
