Things that need to happen on pre-world patch

Tuning down Vlad, it was so annoying to see Vlad in almost every game in LPL, LCK and even the LCS. Vlad is doubly annoying cause it renders many mages useless and unpickable. He doesn't need harsh nerfs, just like the ones GP got. ones that doesn't absolutely gut him or his kit.

Tanko- still a priority pick. I feel hitting him on his passive movespeed is the way to go. make it so that he needs ap for that extra movespeed

Address Armor pen- Armor pen is broken right now. It is absolutely absurd that even ADCs are ditching crits over Armor pen. Even Wildturtle's ezreal made ghostblade in the third place game 5.

Jungle diversity- Rek'sai, Elise, Gragas...sometimes, Graves and Nid. The pool of viable junglers in Pro-play is too narrow.
