@Riot finals shedule shows 0 consideration for EU

You put both EU finals in shit time windows. Both EU finals for 2nd and 1st place matches are played at 8 AM PT (5 PM CET). Ofc NA finals 1 PM PT (10 PM CET) for both 1st and 2nd place.

They could have just put both EU and NA 1st place matches in the same time windows (1 PM PT ) (one saturday and the other sunday) and both NA and EU 2nd place matches in the shit time windows (8 AM PT).

You could argue that starting a 5 game series at 10 PM in EU is too late, fine, anticipate it one hour or two so that they are played when NA ppl can ACTUALLY watch it.

You sacrifice EU 1st place final to put NA 2nd place final in a better time windows. Basically NA 2nd spot final > EU grand final.

I don' t see any reason whatsoever not to put both regions finals in the better time window and both 2nd place matches in the worst one. FNC vs G2 is gonna be played at 8am PT. Tell me who in LA is going to wake up at 7.30 to watch EU final. This a lack of respect towards EU and a demonstration of how little you care about EU growth. makes 0 sense.

EU holds 1/3 of the lol accounts in the world and your shedule gives EU the scrumbs of viewership then the EU views memes come out. You' re both harming EU and Riot itself, it' s just dumb

Every split, every season with this western war-like thread post...

So it's a problem they do this every single year since the LCS inception? At least the regional stream is up and starting its countdown and more than likely - like the entirety of the season so far - NA will start when the countdown wraps. (Just noticed the prompt of when the 3rd place decider finishes. Like it matters nonetheless)

And this is unlike previous Bo1 season years where it was "wait until EU's broadcast - including post game discussion finishes." You can't control timezones either. I'd like to watch what playoff matches and content I could (hell even CBLOL which is going on right now; flame me if you must) but my preferences speak to what I'm honing to. You can't control that. And it's not gonna kill you to have to prioritize what your interest is without grieving about it.

They schedule broadcasts to begin a couple hours before normal primetime TV hours in that region to hopefully get more views. If they scheduled late night for lifeless basement dwellers, viewership would suffer. Your expectations are the problem.

Why make the EU players start a 5 game series at 10 pm Denmark time just to make it more convenient so a fan in the pacific time zone can watch them. They'd be finishing up possibly as late as 2 am. Ridiculous. If the match is that important, get of your lazy rump, get up, and watch.

The times are always going to be inconvenient for someone somewhere in the world.
