@riot How to sponsor local esports event?

I am the owner of a GameStop in Maryland. I want to host a for profit League event, think of it as an armature lcs event. I know other games companies like blizzard, with their sc2, requires any event hosts to share a percentage of their profit with them. What is the policy, if there is one, with riot?
