The Rio Grande Valley Awaits

I know this may sound absurd, but there are places farther south than San Antonio in Texas. As far as I know my home town, Edinburg-- not Edinburgh, Scotland-- is not exactly well known. Now let's say that Riot were to hold tournaments in places like, oh I don't know, McAllen, Brownsville, or Edinburg then all the summoners in the Rio Grande Valley will want to go and show their skills. Now not only will Riot get more money, but more people will want to join LoL.
