Ranked Game Leavers

Can we do something about "losing" a game when someone quits the match? I can understand if they win because we are not good but it does not seem fair to lose a match and LP when someone on the team quits the match leaving the game already at a disadvantage. Either let that match go like when a remake was created and no one gained or loss LP or reduce the amount of LP lost from the match by half of that because just reporting the person who leaves and punishing them does not help the rest of us expect "if it happens" rids us of that leaver in future matches. What about the promos that are lost or LP that gets taken away.
