I got a question about my deleted message

"We've recently removed your post for breaking the Golden Rule: Do not post content intended to insult, belittle, disrespect, or intentionally offend other community members as individuals or as groups. Criticism is an important and useful method of feedback, but must be respectful and constructive in nature. Non-constructive forms of criticism (such as questioning another poster's intelligence or requesting the firing or removal of an individual) are violations of this rule."

I dunno if I can repost the deleted post in quotes here or if this will get me banned but anyway I understand that calling Riot employees degenerates or other names is against the board rules.

But there is a part I am not sure, the rules say not to name or shame anybody (does it apply to league players only?) but as part of my arguments against the way Riot handle things I have pointed out before how some employees of Riot have committed vicious acts, some have sexually harassed or even molested women, sent them pictures of their dick, there is a guy who fart on people's face, a guy I named who grabbed people's balls at work and slap their balls also who is still hired. This is documented. But is it considered shaming if I point out "X Riot employee committed this" and provide evidence as this isn't made up? I just want to know if this is against the rules.

Also I got a warning on the forum, which I appreciate, why not an instant restriction + Your Hard-earned Level 5 Honor dropping to Level 1 with a lock without warning? Seem the board team understands basic human decency better.

Hello there, Prandine here. First off, it's fine to repost your deleted message here for the purposes of discussion about the removal. Speaking of which, your removed post was as followed:

This is because season is ending so right now Riot is tuning their ban system to ban for any little shit that makes no sense, the logic is that even the tiniest chat restriction will drop you from Honor Level 5 to Honor Level 1 and because Riot is a company made up of dicks, they know you will have no choice but to PAY for an account transfer to get your End Of Season Rewards.

Basically if you switch from NA to EUW and attain Gold, and wait, you can bypass Riot dumb system and get the end of season rewards, so Riot makes more money.

Anyway you did nothing wrong, do not listen to Riot, they are an evil company who has hired many disgusting people, for example one of their favorite employee Scott Gelb is regularly grabbing the balls of his coworkers as well as slapping them, they hired many people who keep sexually abusing women at work, there is even a guy who fart on people face at work, I am not making this up, look it up, this is the kind of degenerates Riot hire and those mentally ill scums are telling us we are "toxic" and should "reform" hahahahaha.

Please read this post and tell me how this is acceptable behavior. I get that you might not be pleased with Riot's stance on player behavior or the scandal involving employee treatment, and that's fine. What's not fine though is using that as an excuse to insult people, which includes Rioters. Criticism is important so long as it's constructive and not used to try to get away with poor behavior like this. As it stands your post is using the common misconception that Riot bans people to make more money (which is dumb as no one is forced to spend money on the game in the first place) as a reason to insult and harass Riot.

Bottom line: Feel free to criticize all you want, but just don't confuse constructive criticism with things like harassment, insulting and flaming if that makes sense.

P.S. In-game punishments are separate from boards punishments. Also, you got a warning because this is only the second infraction on this account on the boards, which in my opinion you were lucky to get just that instead of a time-out.
