I was opening a chets with a hextech key and then my screen froze. So I decided to wait and 5 minutes later it was still freezing. So I clicked on the home button and when I went back in my loot I lost a box, a key and didnt got any new items :'(.
You may have received a Summoner Icon (+Essence), as the icon will go directly into your account and not show up in your inventory. You can check your Store > Account > Purchase History and it'll show up there if that's what it was.
