Why is shaming bad?

Why is name shaming bad? If someone hard ints, trolls, flames, says racist stuff, or just simply hard throws a game why is it bad to call them on it in the boards? When people do bad why can't I tell them they are bad and tell them how to fix it? This is a competitive game, when I play a sport and someone misses something big or messes up we call them out on it. Is it because this is a "safe" space or whatever they call it? Have people done something in the past to make it wrong? I really don't understand why we can't call out someone by their online username, truly this is no troll, please someone explain

Because people can falsely accuse others, and, even if it is true and verifiable, all it does is effectively say "harass this player for their behavior if you see them." We don't condone that.

You can. HOW you tell them is what matters.

"Looks like you're struggling against Darius. You have to stop trying to fight him. Just buy some armor and play it safe so he doesn't get more fed, please."
"You suck. Learn to play your champ before playing ranked."

Both of these say "you're not having a great game." The former focuses on productive action and avoids insulting the player's skill. The latter is unproductive and rude.

cuz in society today ( and in this game/community) every one gets a trophy

cant mark test with red when someone answers wrongly cuz of the negative notion it has blah blah and so on. ..

I mean even if you tell us his name, what good does it do? It's not like I'll instantly get matched with him in the next 10 games. Plus, all you did is invited people to add him just so they can shit-talk him.
