Skins on diff accounts

So i was thinking today of something that may happen to a good amount of the player base, I feel at this time in leagues history most of the player base has at least 2 accounts. But then there are some people who have Nth number of accounts and some of those accounts might have skins of them, either through buying or being rewarded through chest.

So i was thinking this, If you are able to prove that you are the owner of all of the accounts you own. Say you have 5 accounts and you can show riot proof that all 5 accounts are your's. What if after that you where able to ask them to move all your skins from those accounts to your main account. Like in the case of wanting to delete an account for what ever reason you deem needed. But that account you have just so happens to have lets say 50 different skins on it with some not really being able to be got anymore. Like you just so happen to have Black Alistar for some god given reason on said account but you never use that account anymore.

What if riot was then able to move that skin from that account to your main account. I feel like that would be a decent idea to throw around, I do understand that in the long run it could cost riot money so it probably would not be a thing that would happen at least any time soon. But i feel like most people would not want to have to Re-Buy the same skin on a totally different account if you already own it on a separate account.

I just feel that this would be a cool Trait to have one day in league. But for the time being it is just an idea that i think would help out the community slight.
