People call Garen trash, but I think he is obnoxious

I literally cannot for the life of me avoid his spin which leads to my death basically. I'll will poke him just enough and he will retreat heal while i push the lane in. then he jumps out of the bush and if i avoid his speed buff/ auto thingy he literally starts to spin and it actually tags me. Sometimes I have been flashed onto tower with his spin only to be stuck therewith him since i cannot flash it or stop it using my abilities and that is usually follow by his ult.

if by some chance he recalls i almost never have the time to come back to lane after pushing my wave in without losing a ton of minions because of his spin shit move. Now im behind. he usually roams at this time while i try to get some cs and gets a few kills no matter what. Ping Mia? no problem still got the kill on a yasuo mid under his damn tower because you know.... run in there swiftly cus tanks are supposed to be faster than other champs right??? then spin gg.

and if he doesnt have ult? oh no problem because he has his speed buff garens usually take ignite and gg. Literally no escape of this piece of shit champ. I feel so frustrated playing against him because I lose even though I play some of his counters, and then the player playing him will talk shit like he isn't a brainless champ who literally doesn't have to worry about turret shots. Oh and when i do get him low? he runs and i can't catch him. Like ever
