That said, there isn't going to be a Riot response to this, ever.

It is unacceptable that companies with millions of users, many of them children, should be so ill-equipped to discuss the potential impacts of their products.
When a legislative body turns to a corporation and basically demands they describe in detail the ways in which they not only collect data, but monetize their product, that's not going to end well. Between that and the highly confrontational tone, if I were Riot, I would not respond to anything short of the UK equivalent of a subpoena.
