So, I started to play league during the season 2, it's been a few thousand games. Now that I obtained all the champs, all the runes, and I was wondering if I could buy champs for my friend using Ip. Especially because I play a lot of Aram with my friend and one occurrence where he got the same champ three times in a roll. Just a feedback for riot.

It's unlikely this will happen as it will dent Riot's revenue. Anybody with a sizeable amount of IP would be able to gift their friends champions with ease.

If this happens, pretty much everybody would gift champions with IP, rendering the RP option obsolete.
