Told Keyru was going to talk to me 3 times and still nothing?

Your mods control the only avenue I have for recourse. I've been admonished by your volunteers for questioning the actions of moderators. I shared my post with a mod in the dcord and it just down voted everything I posted and upvoted all his buddy's posts. I'm seriously not being rude or fabricating false claims, but I am getting frustrated that a customer is being treated so poorly by volunteers without intervention from a staff member. Anytime I bring a valid complaint I get instabanned from the dcord.

Even if I'm entirely in the wrong, letting your volunteers continue to play wild west is not constructive.

Only interested in recourse on an avenue where you or your moderators don't control my participation in the discussion (i.e reddit, email, Skype, separate dcord). For this reason, I will only be monitoring to this thread and will not reply to any posts made here.
