How much time does it take for someone to respond to the ticket?
It's been 3/4d days, does it take this long?

Yea, it's taking longer than usual, I think due to the end of season stuff.
Just don't bump/edit your ticket, that'll pop it down to the bottom of the queue.
it's been 6 days for me I believe, so yeah I suppose it can take a while sadly :(
