As the title states, i am wondering why Trinket wards don't use your ward skins?
If there is no reason, then i really think that it would be a good idea, seeing as i use the trinket wards more often than i buy and use real wards, and i would really like to be able to see more Banana's and Draven heads in the bushes!
Thoughts?
It's to differentiate them from normal wards. If I see someone placing a trink ward early in the game I may decide to save my sweeper proc for another opportunity. Getting more advanced it means a quicker window of that ward expiring at-a-glance instead of having to click the ward and check the time to make sure. Essentially, there are small gameplay decisions dependent on the difference between a trink and normal ward, so they have to look different and adding separate trink ward skins may turn out to be confusing if not designed just right.
