Change Is Good: Kha'Zix Community Rework
Upon purchasing Kha'Zix his damage was unimaginable, but with the brutal nerf to his Q (his main source of damage) I refused to play him because of the terrible stats it had. This made Kha almost unplayable, but with the recent patch he received respectable damage back into his Q. Although it is not as problematic as his time as a AD assassin that jumped in, killed, then jumped out, he is still very reliant on evolving his Q. In order to add more strategy to Kha' Zix it is best for the community to help influence Riot's change to Kha'Zix in the future.
I would like to note that I start this thread in the hopes that Riot hears the cries of their community and agree to shift more of his power into other abilities. I would also like to note that I am not a prolific Kha'Zix player, but used him constantly for an ample amount of time and understood he was amazing during my use. I implore any Kha'Zix "mains" to input their ideas also.
This is a community thread and everyone is entitled to voice their concept for a Kha'Zix rework and/or discuss those within the thread.
My concept
Q - Taste Their Fear
Passive: Kha'Zix marks isolated enemies. Isolated neutral monsters receive additional physical damage. If Kha'Zix uses Taste Their Fear on an isolated enemy Champion he applies Unseen Threat damage [no slow] (if he has Unseen Threat active it does not consume it).
Bonus Damage to neutral monsters - additional 30% Bonus AD
Evolved Enlarged Claws
Increases the range of Taste Their Fear and his basic attacks. If Kha'Zix uses Taste Their Fear on an enemy Champion who have been recently hit by Void Spike he deals additional (10 x Kha'Zix's level) bonus physical damage. If the Champion is isolated they receive an additional (+90% Bonus AD) in physical damage.
W - Void Spike
Evolved Spike Racks
Enhances Void Spike to fire three spikes in a cone, increases the slow to 35% and grants vision of champions hit for 2 seconds. Multiple explosions upon the same enemy do not deal extra damage, and the vision does not apply to stealthed units. When hit their armor is reduced by 10 (multiple spikes on an enemy do not deal additional damage but can reduce armor).
E - Leap
Evolved Wings
If Kha'Zix Void Assaults after using Leap he gains 40% damage reduction 1 second after he comes unstealthed.
R - Void Assault
Evolved Active Camouflage
Going stealth increases the next Void Spike's slow effectiveness by 10% if done within the next 3 seconds after going unstealthed. Evolved Spike Racks's slow is increased by 15% and the armor reduction is increased to 15.
With this concept I shifted Kha'Zix into an assassin that needs to synergize with his abilities a bit more to get the damage he wants. His evolution points will have to have a bit more thought into them. I hope that my concept seems a bit more balanced and feel free to post and discuss about your own.
