Thresh Skin, also Shaco Question! Please answer lmao

I love thresh, possibly one of the best supports in the game, I want a skin for him even though I love his original... Deep Sea isn't visually appealing to me... I know this thread has probably been introduces thousands of times, but maybe an undertaker skin to match yorick's undertaker skin, make him purple and his hook a shovel... or even better, a grimm reaper skin and make him carry a scythe... Its just a shame he only has one skin... I think he could produce some awesome in game skins... Also, I mainly play shaco jungle, and I have the masked shaco skin, my favorite skin... But why is his in game hair black and outside of the game its a light blue? I love the light blue look!!!
