That mildly Russian - Southern European accent. Who might that be?

It sounds like the same guy who voiced Pandaren Brewmaster from what I heard in a YouTube PBE vid.
The Man Voicing behind Braum is known as J.B.Blanc. He has done anime voices and alot of game voices.
