Sions rework

Hey people, i am lets say new to the league. I was serching a month for my main champ, and i found the best champ ewer, ad Sion!!! ok, so i heard that sion is geting reworked and relaunched, so i am just asking does somebody nows anything about the relaunch and the new Sion, I only found that he is a big projekt and that he is going to be an ad champ, if anyone nows something more about the relaunch please tell me (sorry for the bad english, english is not my motherspeach so sorry for the bad spelling and all that)
