Skin Idea w/ Artwork! (WIP) Rastafarian Rengar!

Appearance:

Rengar is a lion with dreads. The lion is an important figure among Rastafarian's. Rastafarian's have dreadlocks, Rengar has dreadlocks! What if there was a Rastafarian/groovy/stoner/hippie Rengar skin? He could be wearing a hemp poncho, a red/green/yellow/black rasta hat, and of course have thick rasta dreads. His VO could make him have a Jamaican accent. Instead of wielding a knife, he could hold a bong water pipe (for 'tobacco' use only). Maybe he is wearing sandals. Also he has a hemp necklace with a glass pendant.

Abilities:

Passive: icon with the eye could be a droopy bloodshot eye Q: Him striking an enemy with his bong water tobacco pipe E: Him exhaling smoke at enemies and thus slowing them W: (Not yet sure) but maybe him trying to open a bag of chips and the chips fly everywhere around him R: instead of the screen going red/yellow/blue as it does with his current skins, the screen gets smokey

VO lines: Jamaican accent (WIP)

Tonight we smoke! I seek only the strongest herb tobacco The scent of dank tobacco Their bongs water pipes for tobacco use only will adorn my walls All this weed tobacco... Im going to need more papers

Also i did a very quick and bad Photoshop of some of the features the skin could include. What do you guys think? Suggestions?
