i have been talking to my friends and Ahri skin Popstar Ahri came up, and it would be very considerate if riot employees changed Popstar ahri into Popstahri.

It would be in line with older skins, like Brolaf and Emumu; I really hope this portmanteau happens...

I personally wouldn't like it just because it doesn't sound right. Maybe with a fun tone to it but other than that...might not be so good.
