Site broken can't submit support ticket

I've been trying for over 20 minutes to submit a support ticket of someone inting in my game but this site keeps saying I'm not logged in when I am and if I do relog it says I've been signed out every time. What the heck is happening over at riot? Within these past 3 days there have been more major issues than there have been in the past 5 years on league

same here, i fixed it by putting a ticket in the "recovering my account" section. I put one in about this issue & somehow upon submitting it actually fixed itself.
