Item set not loading properly after reinstallation

I have recently reinstalled the game and have saved my item preferences before to be placed in the appropriate folders post-installation. I have done this before and my preferences usually load appropriately. This time however the items are just not loading, and when I go to check the file folder, it seems to reset to the default file after each loading of the game.

Please tell me if there is a fix for this situation or do I have to re-enter all my preferences. (... there is a lot)

Here the the folder path I use: RADS->projects->lol_air_client->releases->0.0.1.218->deploy->Preferences
