[Gameplay][Xin Zhao] Skill *Three Talon Strike* is BROKEN
On first fight Q knocks up on first use then stuns on 2nd
On 2nd fight, Q stuns on first use and knocks up on 2nd
Stuns minion after Krugs stun instead of knock up.
I first noticed the Bug on Xin with my first match of the day after the patch on this account. I was in Bot lane tri-bush to ward off an invade. Rengar walks to face-check the bush so I start Q and go in on him and he gets away from me and the adc with backup from his team and I thought it was just a visual effect that he didn't get knocked up or that my third strike never hit or the timer wore off but upon returning to do Krugs I noticed the creatures didn't get knocked up. I played it off as coinciding with the stun buff. I went to red buff and watched the stun and timed my knock up to be separate and no knock up. That's when I knew the skill was broken by the patch.
