Her Chromas do not use the particles for the skin. Koi Nami particles are purple iridescent thing going on which is not present in her Chromas only works on Koi itself
Edit the Chromas use her base particles (in other words.)

As a friendly heads up, you don't have to bump your posts, as we scroll through all the bugs, as opposed to checking the tracker. (I actually sort by new!) :)
This bug actually hasn't been happening for over a year. It was resolved on July 30th, 2015, but it appears that the issue has re-occurred. I've just loaded her up in game, and you're correct that the particles are base, as opposed to the Koi Nami particles. I've gone ahead an re-opened this bug so we can get the proper particles added again. ^-^

No it's not. Rocket girl trist use's her particles? And most other chromas are bases anyway it's not intended.
