Cant see abilities or animations

For the past 2 games I've played, I have had a bug that makes me unable to see any character animations or abilities. When it happens it makes all my cooldowns look like they are off cd. I notice I can still cast and if I hit an enemy they lose health, however when I get hit, ( or at least I assume I'm getting hit ) attack a minion, or use anything really it doesn't look like anything happens. I can still see enemy as well as my own movement around just fine. Its almost as if my client refuses to receive any data that pertains to me or my enemies abilities.

This has been purtty frustrating to say the least and seems to happen somewhere around lvl 3-7 most commonly. I was running on wifi, so I'm gonna try with a direct connect to see if that fixes anything. Anyone else getting this weird bug?

Edit: I forgot to mention that it doesn't happen right from the start and re-logging will temporarily fix it with a chance of it happening again.

Idk, this has happened to myself and then a gragas a few times I was in game with. It's very annoying and can throw off some champs whole kit combos.

Alright well so far a direct connection has solved my problems. I'm gonna assume that this happens to me cause I'm playing on a mobile hotspot and I also assume that it has a weird packet loss or something that bugs my client when I connect through the wifi.
