Game Freezing ever since a few days before Swain update

For a while now I've been getting random freezing in league when either someone ults or just completely randomly it either happens between 1-3 times a day. I don't think it's my computer because I'm not seeing an increase of RAM/CPU/VRAM/etc. usage during when this happens. It usually freezes for a solid 2 seconds before resuming but it's gotten me killed a fair amount of times luckily though it mostly happens right before an engage and not during.

edit: also forgot to add it's not my fps either, I play at locked 120 but with uncapped i go up to around 400 FPS
