[GAMEPLAY] Darius Mark interaction in ARAM

I've gotten Darius in ARAM a few times recently, and there is an issue where using the 'Mark' summoner spell mid-Q causes the damage to not go through. i.e. I land the snowball, begin the Q wind-up and dash to the marked target, after which the Q goes off, but nothing happens. This could be intended behaviour, but it seems very unusual, since the animation and indicator are still in effect. Occurrence rate: 100%

While discussing ARAM, I know it has been mentioned before and this isn't a bug, but I REALLY think that all champions need to be available in this game-mode; far too often, the game is filled with players with ARAM-only accounts with nothing but the most OP ARAM champs. It would be nice to be able to have a wider variety, since this is meant to be the more casual and random mode, and it gets extremely frustrating playing against caitlyns, luxs, zyras, ziggs and sorakas almost every game it often becomes simply unwinnable when they have more than 1 or 2 of these champions.
