I was queued for a rank game and everything. Then the timer got stuck at 0 for a while, so people tried to dodge, nothing worked. So I logged out and then It wants me to reconnect and I cant.

Back in game now, but most of my team is gone, can we get loss prevention????

I cant reconnect its just on this screen
I closed my game and now its downloading a patch........
And now im in queue... wtf lol
servers crashed and they probs trying to fix just report it to them 
Yup, same thing just happened to me, the timer reached 0 in champion select, waited for about 30 seconds, nothing happened. Tried to go back in and then the reconnect button did nothing.
This just happened in my game too. Also wont let me reconnect after I exit game. Does this happen when riot applies a patch when people are in ranked champion select maybe?
