LEAVER BUSTER!!!!!!!!BROKEN

I play alot so things happen all the time recently my client has been crashing at the start of games rebooting and i'm just fine but now I have to wait 20 minutes for 5 games and I never left a single game without coming back and playing it through I'm not a person who goes afk at all really I just wanna know how I'm getting punished for the client crashing riot set my mind at ease I don't really deserve to wait that long for a game and I really don't have the time in my life to wait please take it off my account. or atleast respond and tell me how screwed i am
