Skins do not load

I have 2 Garen skins and i choose the Dread knight ,,,, but commando stays when game loads ..... or I get no skin ,,,,,

I have similar problem with Vi skin, i only have the one so i dont get any skin in Team Builder or Solo Queue

Warwick skin does the same thing ......

Problem happens randomly in team builder and solo on Summoners Rift

Only consistent thing is that they seem to all work fine in custom games

been doing this for a couple of days now
