[GAMEPLAY] Thunderlord's Decree on Malzahar

Let me start by saying that dots have a weird interact with Thunderlord's Decree. For example, the dot from malzahar's w and morgana's w are able to proc thunderlord's decree all on their own if the enemy stands on it for three ticks. However, Thunderlord's decree doesn't proc on malzahar's e. The E an enemy champ and then auto attack them twice, the thunderlord's procs. This inconsistency is really confusing. Brand's passive also behaves in a similar fashion. It doesn't proc thunderlords on its own.

those aren't targeted dots so the damage counts as its own damage on each tick. the same is true about anivia ulti. any targets dot only gives 1 of the 3 spells/attacks

I don't see the logic behind that damage over time that isn't single target or passive proc it which is great for Morgana since is not easy to leave the W before it procs

I do think would be lovely if it has bigger aoe range or had a separate cold down per champion and do no aoe

I wish voidling attacks counted towards Thunderlord's Decree and I also wish voidlings attack processed FERVOR OF BATTLE. no logical reason why they shouldn't.
