Aurelion Sol ability placement glitch

I just played a game as Aurelion sol and between the use of my q and r in this game the glitch happened 4 times. the abilities would just fire in the complete opposite way. It is honestly just frustrating cause it is definately something that happens all the time, it sucks to here "nice ulti" or w/e just because the ultimate fire the wrong way for no reason. So i posted a video as well, that is my comment on the video too. Does anyone else have this problem? i am just curious if riot even knows about it, considering worlds is on the way and a few people play him as a pocket pick i would love to see it fixed next patch for worlds.
