Xin's Q (Knock up broken)
Xin's Q (knock up) isn't working. It doesn't even stun the player or anything more than half the time.
Just lost a lane hard because of it =( Thought I was playing bad, but realized it wasn't working.

yea it doesnt work on champs and some monsters. but it still does a slight stun
This is gamebreaking if you're playing him :/ Lost a dominion as him and I don't know how many times that cc would've saved me.
I got him in nemesis and was pretty happy about it until I had this happen several times. They need to just disable him until this gets fixed, he's a troll pick to give the enemy team right now since he's broken.
Was just about to come post this, seeing as I had a similar problem. 2 ranked games in a row (first time it happened in not such bad times so it seemed it was just minor), the second time however, it seemed to basically happen every single time and not immobilizing them at all, hardly a .25s stun.please fix tyvm
