Xerath bug on new SR

I was playing my first match on the new SR (beautiful by the way) and about halfway through the game i was no longer able to cast my Q as . This lasted throughout the game; wasn't able to get the Q back through getting executed, slain, etc. Just thought I'd share and see if its just a problem related to or if it has something to do with the new SR.

I swore i was gonna dig for the enemy team but unfortunately it looks like i ed myself and they proceeded to in the butt.

Heard of this bug before, i notice that there was a shaco in your game. The times i've heard of this bug it occurs after the channel is interrupted by a shaco box...but the shaco was on ur team. Weirdddd.

I haven't experienced it but I believe it isn't a new bug From what i have heard it happens to Vi Q, Xerath Q (And possibly Varus Q) when they get interrupted I think fear/knock up are the main cause but not quite sure
