[Gameplay] Fioras Ulti "R" Skill bugged

I played a game with a Fiora and there was multiple times where she would try to Ult and here the sounds but not get any animation or have the dps go off. I do not know if its a fluke or not but it happened almost evrey time when she was fighting Trynd or LeBlanc.
