[GAMEPLAY} Sion Q Indicator Showing Incorrectly From Fog-of-War

The range indicator for sion's q shows almost twice as far as it is while he is in fog of war, while i do not know how to reproduce i have this clip of it in action.

The hitboxes on his Q (and W) are off even in plain sight. And that can't be justified with "aerial projectile 2.5d visual"
