The store is broken after updating for the slayer and zombie skins. Please fix

Having the same issue.... Can't buy anything. Went to buy RP & some skins/champs and it wont load or even show an error. Can play games fine though.
I am as well, the store wont load at all its just a black screen.

I can't even Log in after i made this patch xD stcuk in "logging on" for few mins .. before the "connection failure" shows xD

Im experienceing the same problem been over 40 min now cant log into game and when i do it doesnt let me play any games, happened after buying a new skin

exact same thing finished a game victory sign and all and stats took a while to load so I clicked skip and back to main screen then it said I left a game, not happy at all been waiting 3 hours trying to figure it out and play a gae with my mates, kinda throwing me off league everytime this happens
Store still broken and sometimes can't even log into client. It has to retry over and over again. Is this issue not affecting more people for Riot to not notice? Is it because it only affects people using windows 7 like me and everyone else upgraded to windows 10 or something? I want to buy skins:(
