[CRASH] Freeze at Champion Selection

My games crashes (freezes) at some random point at Champion Selection in Ranked (When I play solo and with friends). More exactly, it shows one player not locking-in their pick, then it like freeze at 0 second. If it freezes before I lock my champion, I never get to pick it and it count as if I dodged. If it freezes after I pick my champion, I have to wait until it says everyone left chat, in chat. Then I have to close the client and relog to actually reconnect to the game. Oh and the moment it freezes, chat stops working. I'm losing lp and mmr plus the wait time for dodging for absolutely nothing and it's wasting my time. It's been like this for maybe 2 weeks and it's not everyday fortunately, but let's say every 2 days or so. I have no idea if it's because of my personal connection at home or if it's actually a Riot Bug.
