[CLIENT] Ward skin from champion capsule disappeared

Basically what the title says. Opening the champion capsule and I received a message I unlocked the Underworld Poro Ward permanently, but it is nowhere to be found in my collection and doesn't appear to be equippable.

It's frustrating that we can't see the history of opened champion capsules and thus I can't provide a screenshot. Many players of mobile games with gacha will be familiar with the concept of "roll history" where you can see your previous rolls and thus aptly provide evidence in case something goes missing. Or just to refresh your memory of what you got. Do you think this is viable to be suggested?
