Bizzare d/c's and game crashes!

The game worked perfectly a game ago, and now, it's letting me in but nobody is moving, I alt+F4, reload, 2-3 bug splats on the way, but it loads up eventually as long as I don't alt tab to make it freeze... Loads, I play for 30 seconds, and.. nobody is moving again!
