Make Normal Draft Great Again - Riot Plz

There's absolutely nothing wrong with normal draft... except people don't play it. I think most players would prefer it to blind pick and trying to shout out roles, except that the queue never pops. It's a self-perpetuating cycle.

Riot can fix this. Please try.
