New client crashed and won't open

I was currently playing a ranked game everything was going well, we were starting to snowball the enemy team but mid game around 23mins I start to get disconnections and I thought okay, that's fine, I'll just reconnect. So I reconnected twice but on the third one it just plain out crashed and the bugs platter report popped up and told me to send a report into riot. However, now when I try to open or run the league program it says 'You may not open this because it is either damaged or incomplete'. Please help, I may have just lost my team free LP because of this issue....
