Had a swain about 3 weeks ago start aram with mask and 5 pots. Seems they have lost control of their game. Starting to see peoples defenses go through the roof anytime they get close to death their armor and mr shoot up over 300-400 with no items to correlate. Or an annie i played against 2 nights ago, she had some kind of movement speed hack, her movespeed said 412 the whole game and never changed even after she bought boots. She could out run a yi with boots ult and ghost clicked. Something seriously fucked up is going on.
