Can't Remake??

So my last ranked game my toplaner was dc'd after the loading screen. Spawned in the middle of fountain, as all dc's do, no items, etc. the usual. We figured we would just remake and move on. Except three minutes hit and there was no remake option. Nothing at all.

What followed was 19 minutes of grueling torture. My jungle afk'd because it was pointless, adc afk'd too, just me and my duo getting killed over and over midlane for 10 minutes. at 14:30 the toplaner all of a sudden reconnected, then declined the ff vote so we all just sat in fountain until they ended.

Upside, the enemy team were chill people and felt as bad about it as we did. Oh, and the post game lobby showed him as a disconnect as well.

Just wanted to let you know about this weird occurance.
