Sion's leap does not proc sudden impact

A tooltip released by riot claimes Sion can LEAP over small walls with the final part of his ultimate.

Sudden impact procs on leaps.

Sion does not benefit.

An easy fix is to activate it when recasted or the end of the range is hit, thus if neither of those are met it is assumed he did not leap.
